A high-impact opportunity for an analytics specialist with 5-8 years of experience to bridge the gap between technical data engineering and executive strategy. The role focuses on querying complex datasets, building predictive and segmentation models, automating BI dashboards, and delivering narrative-driven "So What?" storyboards for senior leadership decision-making.

Responsibilities -

Extract, manipulate, and structure large-scale datasets using advanced SQL and Python to build clean data views, transformations, and light ETL pipelines.

Apply exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical modeling, and data science methodologies to design predictive, segmentation, and cohort models.

Build, automate, and maintain intuitive executive dashboards and self-serve KPI tracking layers using Power BI or Tableau.

Translate ambiguous business challenges into testable analytical hypotheses, delivering strategic "So What?" analyses and executive-ready PowerPoint storyboards.

Partner cross-functionally with business heads, product managers, and operational teams to drive end-to-end analytics delivery and influence strategic initiatives.

Requirements -

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.

5-8 years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Decision Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.

Advanced technical expertise in SQL (window functions, CTEs, optimization) and Python data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).

Proven dashboard design and reporting experience using Power BI or Tableau,



alongside familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Azure).

Strong background in executive storytelling, dimensional data modeling, and end-to-end analytical project management.

Prior consulting experience or familiarity with Machine Learning/GenAI-assisted workflows is highly desirable.
