Role Description This is a full-time, in office Wordpress Developer role based in Ahmedabad.

The Wordpress

Developer will build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins to support client projects and internal initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing responsive front-end layouts, integrating back-end functionality, optimizing site performance and security, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.



The role also involves collaborating with designers and digital marketers to translate UI/UX designs and campaign requirements into functional websites, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing SEO-friendly structures and content.

The developer will be expected to follow best practices in WordPress development, maintain clean and reusable code, and contribute to continuous improvement of the company’s web solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI/UX principles.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with PHP, WordPress core, custom themes, plugins, and database management.
- Candidates should possess Web Design and Web Development skills, with the ability to translate design concepts into functional, visually consistent WordPress sites.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, performance optimization, and website security within WordPress environments is highly beneficial.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing and debugging tools, and integrating third-party APIs and plugins is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
