? We’re Hiring | Website Outreach & Publisher Relations Executive

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Website Outreach & Publisher Relations Executive to join our team.

If you have experience in website outreach, publisher communication, negotiation, and relationship management, this could be the right prospect for you.

What You’ll Do

- Research and identify website owners, editors, and decision-makers
- Find and verify accurate publisher contact information
- Conduct email and other forms of publisher outreach
- Negotiate pricing, publication terms, turnaround time, and placement requirements
- Build and maintain long-term publisher relationships
- Follow up consistently and manage responses
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, pricing, and publisher communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful order completion
- Keep publisher databases updated with pricing, contacts, and website status

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Experience in website outreach and publisher communication





✔️ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

✔️ Excellent written and verbal English communication

✔️ Strong internet research skills

✔️ Confidence in handling pricing discussions and objections

✔️ Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO

Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
