Role & responsibilities

- Handle international flight bookings for customers in the US and Canada.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable international flight options and itineraries.
- Search fares and availability using Amadeus.
- Prepare quotations and convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle cancellations, refunds, date changes, flight changes, and schedule changes as per airline fare rules.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales customer support through calls, emails, and chat.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Work according to US/Canada business hours, including evening/night shifts when required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience in international travel, air ticketing, or customer service will be preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in international air ticketing and customer support, preferably handling the US and Canada market.
- Strong knowledge of international flight bookings, fares, routes, baggage policies, cancellations, refunds, reissues, and ticketing procedures.




- Hands-on experience with GDS platform Amadeus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complaints and difficult situations professionally.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings and achieve sales/revenue targets.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries and bookings simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail while handling PNRs, fares, ticketing, reissues, and refunds.
- Comfortable working in US/Canada time zones, including evening or night shifts.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM, email, chat, and ticketing/GDS systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A customer-first approach with a robust focus on service quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
