nWhat You’ll Do

n? Create Visuals for Content & Marketing

nDesign thumbnails, visuals, and creative assets for YouTube, social media, campaigns, landing pages, and websites

nTranslate briefs into clear visual concepts and execute them end-to-end

nCollaborate with content and video teams on storyboards, style frames, and motion assets

n? Design with Performance Awareness

nIterate on thumbnails and creatives using performance signals (CTR, engagement cues)

nBalance strong visual taste with clarity and effectiveness

n? Own Visual Branding for Marketing

nMaintain and evolve Airtribe’s visual language across marketing and external touchpoints





nEnsure consistency and premium quality across formats and channels

n? Collaborate & Deliver

nWork closely with content, video, and marketing teams

nManage multiple design tasks and rapid turnarounds without compromising quality

nWhat You’ll Bring

n✅ Design Experience

n2–4+ years of experience in visual / communication design

nStrong portfolio across marketing, branding, and digital content

n? Craft & Tools

nExcellent command of typography, layout, color, and composition

nProficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and AI tools like MidJourney

nStrong image-making, photo treatment, and compositing skills

n

nBonus: Motion design, reels, or launch videos

n? Analytical & Ownership Mindset

nUses performance signals to improve creative work

nThinks like a brand owner responsible for consistent, premium visuals

nHigh bar for execution quality; detail-oriented and reliable
