Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos for courses, social media, promotional campaigns, and workshop materials, ensuring alignment with the institute’s brand and messaging. Daily tasks include assembling and trimming clips, adding motion graphics and basic visual effects, optimizing sound and color,



and collaborating with trainers and the marketing team to translate educational concepts into engaging visual content. The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining consistent file management, and preparing videos in appropriate formats for various platforms.

The Video

Editor is expected to participate in content planning discussions, suggest creative ideas, and support timely delivery of all video projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Video Production and Video Editing skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Video Color Grading and basic sound refinement.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Motion Graphics and Graphics for educational and promotional content.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of social media and digital content formats are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with trainers and the marketing team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is essential.
- A diploma or degree in filmmaking, media, communication, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is an advantage.
