Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in the Pune Division.

The Travel

Consultant will assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, tours, and ground transportation.

Responsibilities include understanding traveler preferences, creating customized itineraries, providing accurate information on destinations, visas, and travel insurance, and managing end-to-end reservations. The role involves coordinating with service providers,



resolving booking issues, handling changes or cancellations, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

The Travel

Consultant will also maintain client records, respond promptly to inquiries, and support sales targets by recommending suitable packages and value-added services.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to understand client needs and design suitable travel solutions.
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including ticketing, hotel bookings, and itinerary coordination.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle queries, and manage issues professionally.
- Familiarity with travel booking tools, GDS or online reservation systems, and basic knowledge of visa and documentation requirements.
- Positive organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in all bookings and documentation.
- Preferred: Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operations environment, especially in package tours and MICE travel.

- Preferred: Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, and fluency in English; additional local or foreign languages are an advantage.
