nSemillas Fitó India is looking for a result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth, dealer development, and market expansion across key vegetable seed markets in Pune and nearby territories.

nAbout the Role

nThis role is ideal for a commercially strong, field-driven sales professional who can independently manage territory performance, strengthen dealer and farmer relationships, drive product adoption, and convert market opportunities into sustainable business growth.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Drive territory sales growth, collections, forecasting, and market execution
n
- Manage and strengthen dealer, distributor, and farmer networks
n
- Lead market development activities for key crops, varieties, and high-potential segments
n
- Promote product adoption through field visits, crop demonstrations, farmer meetings, and technical positioning
n
- Monitor channel inventory and support product availability across dealer/retailer points
n
- Coordinate new variety trials and capture market feedback for product positioning
n




- Work closely with internal stakeholders for smooth business execution
n
- Work independently as an individual contributor with full ownership of territory outcomes
n

nRequired Profile

n

n
- Degree / Master’s in Agriculture
n
- 5–7 years of experience in vegetable seeds / agri-input sales
n
- Experience in protected cultivation / polyhouse crops preferred
n
- Strong dealer management, collection, forecasting, and territory planning skills
n
- Ability to convert crop knowledge into sales and market development opportunities
n
- Solid communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
n
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales role
n
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
n
