We are looking for a Tele caller to manage patient calls, schedule appointments, follow up with patients, and provide information about healthcare services while ensuring a professional patient experience.

Position Tele caller

Department: Operations / Customer Support

Experience: 1–3 Years (Experience in healthcare organisations will be an added advantage)

Qualification :Any Graduate

Location Whitefield – Nallurahalli, Bengaluru

Employment Type Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and courteously.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, treatments, and pending visits
- Explain healthcare services, packages, and promotional offers to patients.
- Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of patient information in the system.
- Coordinate with doctors, clinics,



and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Address patient queries and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Ensure high patient satisfaction and service quality standards.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Patient handling and lead conversion ability
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and skilled behavior.

Working Schedule:

- Work from Office.
- Rotational shifts / Day shift as applicable.
