Zinnov is hiring for the role of Enterprise Platforms, ERP on behalf of our Global MNC MedTech client company a company where technology sits at the centre of everything: powering how the core business operates day to day and shaping the products and digital solutions that will define the future of patient care. This role is part of the companys establishment of their current India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru which will drive enterprise technology, digital transformation and innovation for its global operations and contributing to technology that ultimately helps millions of people around the world.

Skills Required:

8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, systems integration, data integration, or application delivery, including leadership responsibility for complex technology initiatives.

- Strong experience leading enterprise application and integration solutions across Legal/Compliance platforms, SaaS applications, databases, and ERP environments, including SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI), SAP API Management, or a comparable enterprise middleware/integration platform.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies including REST, OData, SOAP APIs, IDoc, RFC/BAPI, file/SFTP interfaces, data mapping, transformation, and interface monitoring.
- Experience with enterprise data management including SQL, database concepts, ETL/data pipelines, data modeling, data quality, data lifecycle, and data governance controls.
- Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into solution architecture,



functional/technical specifications, delivery plans, testing strategies, and production support models.
- Strong understanding of security, privacy, access control, auditability, records/data governance, and compliance requirements for enterprise applications and integrations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and global teams, manage vendors or delivery partners, influence senior stakeholders, and drive accountability for outcomes.

Preferred:

- Experience with Legal or Compliance technology platforms such as matter management, contract lifecycle management, eDiscovery, document management, legal hold, or other enterprise legal applications.
- Experience with SAP BTP / Integration Suite, API Management, and integrations between SAP S/4HANA/ECC and enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise SaaS applications, reporting/analytics tools, data platforms, and automation technologies.
- Experience leading enterprise application separations, migrations, integration programs, or SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives in complex global environments.
- Experience in regulated or validated environments with awareness of GxP, CSV/CSA, audit trails, electronic records, change control, or similar compliance expectations.

- Language: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Travel: Up to 1015% domestic and international travel, as required
- Certifications: SAP BTP / Integration Suite, cloud, integration, data architecture, or relevant enterprise application certifications preferred
