Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage dealer & distributor networks
• Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors & channel partners
• Drive primary & secondary sales and achieve sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and generate recent business opportunities
• Conduct dealer/contractor/electrician meets and market activation activities
• Maintain sales reports, forecasts and channel partner data
Preferred Profile:
✅ 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Dealer Sales / Distribution Sales / Field Sales
✅ Experience in Electrical, Wires & Cables, Lighting, Switchgear, Building Materials, Paints or related industries
✅ Strong dealer/distributor management and relationship-building skills
✅ Good local market knowledge and communication skills
✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
