Summary

The SAP RE-FX Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions within SAP S/4HANA.

The role focuses on lease administration, property management, contract management, lease accounting, IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance, rent calculations, property cost allocations, and real estate portfolio management, while ensuring integration with Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Asset Management processes.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP Versatile Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- This is a client onsite project and will be operated exclusively from the client's location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh .
- All project activities and resource deployment will be carried out from the client site.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
