We are looking for a *Pre-Sales Executive* to join our sales team and manage prospective customer interactions from the initial lead stage through qualification and follow-up.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective school owners, preschool owners, and education stakeholders, understanding their requirements, explaining Kreedo’s solutions, scheduling meetings/demos, and supporting the sales team in converting qualified leads.

## Key Responsibilities

* Contact prospective customers through *calls, Whats

App, email, and other communication channels*.
* Understand customer requirements and identify their business and education needs.
* Explain *Kreedo’s preschool and school solutions* clearly to prospective customers.
* Qualify leads based on customer interest, requirement, budget,



and purchase readiness.
* Schedule *product demonstrations and meetings* with the Field Sales/Business Development team.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain lead engagement.
* Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and lead ageing in the *CRM*.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM activities regularly.
* Coordinate with the *Sales, Marketing, Field Sales, and Customer Success teams*.
* Handle basic customer queries and provide relevant information about Kreedo’s offerings.
* Identify high-potential leads and ensure timely handover to the sales team.
* Follow up on pending proposals, meetings, demos, and commercial discussions.
* Achieve *monthly lead conversion and performance targets*.
* Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
