We’re looking for someone who understands the influencer ecosystem, loves discovering creators and has the drive to turn creator relationships into meaningful brand opportunities.

What You'll Do

- Identify and discover promising influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
- Reach out to creators and pitch exclusive talent management opportunities with Otbox Talents.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with managed creators.
- Develop creator profiles and identify relevant brand categories & partnership opportunities.
- Proactively reach out to brands, agencies and marketing teams to generate branded collaborations for managed creators.
- Pitch creators to brands based on campaign requirements, audience fit and content relevance.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables and partnership terms wherever required.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of creators, brands and potential collaborations.
- Coordinate with the internal influencer marketing team to execute brand deals smoothly.
- Stay updated with emerging creators, social media trends, content formats and the evolving creator economy.
- Contribute to growing Otbox Talents' overall creator network and brand relationships.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

- 1–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Creator Partnerships,



Business Development or a related role.
- Prior experience in a Digital / Influencer Marketing / Talent Management Agency is preferred.
- Solid understanding of the Indian influencer ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with creator outreach and brand pitching.
- Strong negotiation and commercial understanding.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
