We’re looking for a U.S. Tax professional who can combine tax preparation expertise with strong administrative and client coordination skills.

Qualifications

We’re Hiring: Tax Administrative Assistant

? Experience: 4–8 years

? Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

? U.S. Tax Preparation: 1040 required; 1065, 1120 & 1120-S preferred

? Key Skills: Tax return preparation, document review, client follow-ups, workflow tracking & revisions

? Communication: Robust written and spoken English

? Software: U.S. tax software, Canopy, QBO, or similar is a plus

? Preferred: Experience with a U.S.-based CPA, accounting, or tax firm

This is a hybrid Tax Preparation + Administrative Support role, ideal for someone who enjoys both tax work and client coordination.
