Homework Living is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Bangalore showroom.
If you understand furniture retail, love working with customers, and know how to drive store performance — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure high standards of customer experience
- Oversee inventory coordination and store presentation
- Handle CRM follow-ups and conversions
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in furniture or premium retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Ability to manage team performance and store operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
