Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. This role includes managing staff schedules, guiding sales associates, and monitoring visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect brand standards.

The Store

Manager will track sales performance, manage inventory levels, and implement retail loss prevention practices to protect store assets. In addition, the role involves handling customer queries and concerns,



driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining robust communication with regional and corporate teams.

Manager will also support training, performance feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives within the store.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management
- Experience in Store Management, including daily operations, team supervision, and sales monitoring
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to manage shrinkage and safeguard store assets
- Prior experience in fashion or lifestyle retail, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Comfort with basic retail systems and POS technology, including reporting and inventory tools
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- A relevant diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
