nAbout the Role

nVista Spaces is looking for an enterprising Senior Accounts Manager to lead financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations across our real estate project portfolio. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a robust Big 4 or audit/advisory background (EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte) who is looking to move into an operating role within a growing real estate developer, with direct exposure to project-level P&L;, JDA structuring, and regulatory compliance (RERA, GST).

nKey Responsibilities

nOwn end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for multiple real estate projects, including project-wise P&L; and cash flow tracking

nManage statutory compliance including RERA filings, GST structuring and returns, TDS, and other regulatory requirements specific to real estate transactions

nSupport financial modeling and analysis for Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), land acquisitions, and new project feasibility

nPrepare MIS reports, budget vs. actual analysis, and management dashboards for leadership review Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies Oversee accounts payable/receivable, vendor reconciliations, and customer collection tracking in coordination with CRM and sales teams





nReview and strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs, and documentation across accounting functions Support fundraising, refinancing, and lender documentation as required for ongoing projects

nMentor and manage junior accounts/finance team members

nRequired Qualifications

nCA / ACCA / CMA qualified (or equivalent), with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience

nPrior experience at a Big 4 firm (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) in audit, financial reporting, or regulatory advisory is strongly preferred

nExperience in the real estate industry — either with a developer, in real estate audit, or advisory to real estate clients — is highly desirable

nStrong working knowledge of RERA compliance, GST (especially construction/real estate-specific provisions), and TDS

nProficiency in financial modeling and Excel; familiarity with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)

nStrong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with founders/leadership and external stakeholders (auditors, banks, lawyers)

nHigh attention to detail, ownership mindset, and comfort working in a lean, fast-moving team environment Exposure to ERP implementation, particularly real estate-focused platforms (e.g., In4Velocity, Nimbus, SAP, or similar), will be an added advantage
