Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the spare parts department.
- Maintain adequate stock of genuine spare parts, accessories and consumables.
- Receive, inspect and properly store incoming spare parts.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure system and physical stock match.
- Prepare parts orders based on workshop requirements and stock levels.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians and workshop team for parts requirements.
- Issue spare parts to the workshop against authorized job cards.
- Handle counter sales of spare parts and accessories to customers.
- Monitor quick-moving, slow-moving and non-moving parts.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Minimize stock shortages, excess inventory and obsolete parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers/company for parts ordering, delivery and pending orders.
- Track warranty/defective parts and follow up for replacements or claims.
- Automobile experience preferred.
