Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer based in Hyderabad.

The Site

Engineer oversees day-to-day site activities, including supervising construction work, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring adherence to structural drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include monitoring quality of materials and workmanship, checking measurements, maintaining site records, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role also involves regular communication with project managers, designers,



and clients to provide progress updates and resolve on-site issues.

The Site

Engineer is expected to proactively identify risks, suggest technical solutions, and support timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Qualifications

- Strong in office supervision skills, including managing daily construction activities and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Effective communication abilities for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and for preparing clear reports and documentation.
- Experience with quality control, including inspecting materials, monitoring workmanship, and ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and practical application in residential construction projects.
- Background as a civil engineer or related discipline, with familiarity in site execution, drawings, and construction codes.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in basic construction software, MS Office, and reading CAD drawings (working knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage).
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices for secure site operations.
- Ability to work extended hours on site when required, and to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial building projects in India, especially in urban settings, is preferred.
