Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Site Engineers & Architects based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and project teams, and ensuring that construction work aligns with design specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring structural and civil works, tendering, estimation, billing, conducting regular quality checks, reviewing drawings, and resolving on-site technical issues. The position requires close collaboration with design teams to implement architectural and interior concepts, track project timelines, and support resource planning. The role also includes documentation of site progress,



clear communication with stakeholders, and proactive identification of risks or delays.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site industrial, healthcare, hospitality & commercial execution and coordination skills, with experience managing daily construction activities. Should have sound knowledge of tendering, estimation & billing. Must be able to handle sites independently.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for liaising with design teams, contractors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess quality control capabilities, including inspection, adherence to standards, and documentation of site work.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Candidates should possess civil engineering expertise, with familiarity in construction materials, methods, and safety practices.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage time effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial construction projects in an urban context is an advantage.
