Role Description The Site Engineer Mechanical role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves overseeing mechanical works at project sites, coordinating with civil and structural engineering teams, and ensuring that installation, fabrication, and commissioning activities adhere to design specifications and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising on-site mechanical activities, monitoring quality control procedures, reviewing drawings and technical documentation, and reporting progress to project managers.

Mechanical will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with contractors and clients,



and help resolve technical issues that arise during construction. The role also includes ensuring compliance with company standards, relevant codes, and ISO-certified processes while supporting timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively in in office environments and manage day-to-day field activities (On Site, field supervision).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and clients (Communication, stakeholder coordination).
- Experience in implementing and monitoring quality control procedures for mechanical and structural works (Quality Control, adherence to standards).
- Understanding of structural engineering concepts and collaboration with civil engineering teams on integrated project delivery (Structural Engineering, working with Civil Engineers).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of industrial construction practices, mechanical systems, and relevant safety regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications; familiarity with CAD or similar tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems on-site and make sound decisions under time and resource constraints.
- Prior experience in industrial or infrastructure projects is preferred; exposure to ISO-certified environments is a plus.
