NWe're hiring a CMDB specialist to define and own our CMDB strategy, data model, and architecture, aligned with banking regulatory and operational requirements.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Define and maintain the CMDB strategy, data model, and architecture aligned with banking regulatory and operational requirements.

- Design configuration item (CI) classes, attributes, and relationships across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and third-party services.
N
- Ensure CMDB alignment with ITIL/ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, Release, and Asset Management.
N
- Enforce data quality and governance standards.
N
- Own discovery and integration processes end to end.

nRequired Skills

- Deep expertise with enterprise CMDB platforms (e.G. ServiceNow or equivalent).

- Strong understanding ofIT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage).
N
- Strong understanding ofapplications and middleware.
N
- Robust understanding ofcloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
N
- Hands-on experience with discovery, reconciliation, and data normalisation.
N
- ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB experience.
