BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President of API Banking & Connected Banking to scale our commercial strategy and ecosystem integrations. This executive role is tailored for a seasoned leader with an extensive background in digital banking, Cash Management Services (CMS), and transaction banking.

You will spearhead the growth of our connected banking division, driving high-impact sales, and orchestrating complex integrations for our core payment solutions and Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) platforms.

What will you be doing here?

- Drive Revenue & Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to accelerate enterprise sales for our payment switches, consent management systems, and account aggregator integrations.
- Lead Strategic Integrations: Oversee end-to-end API integration lifecycles, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the seamless deployment of financial infrastructure.
- Ecosystem Expansion:



Cultivate and manage strategic alliances with partner banks, financial institutions, and major corporate clients to expand the connected banking network.Architect CMS Solutions: Leverage deep expertise in Cash Management Services and transaction banking to structure customised, scalable solutions for high-volume enterprise clients.
- Cross-Border & Recent Initiatives: Drive commercial adoption for upcoming global initiatives, including multi-currency account infrastructure and cross-border payment frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and integration team to capture market share during a critical phase of hyper-growth.

Who are we looking for?

- Executive Experience: 12+ years in the financial sector, including significant tenure as Head of Digital Banking, Transaction Banking, or CMS at a major bank or leading fintech.
- Domain Expertise: Deep technical and commercial understanding of API-led banking, payment switch architecture, and India’s regulatory frameworks.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing enterprise-level B2B deals and translating complex technical API capabilities into compelling business value propositions.
- Network & Relationships: An established, active network of senior stakeholders across the Indian banking, fintech, and corporate treasury sectors.
- Strategic Vision: Experience scaling operations and driving unit economics within high-growth technology environments
