Job Details:

Work Location: Chennai – Little Mount

Work Mode: In-Office

Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong experience in hiring for Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Shipping industries
- Good knowledge of industry-specific roles and hiring requirements
- Experience in sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews
- Strong understanding of hiring for Air Freight,



Ocean Freight, Imports, Exports, Customer Service, Pricing, Warehouse, Accounts and other logistics functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment practices and talent sourcing
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to understand business requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Good stakeholder and candidate management skills
