Role Description The Senior Site Civil Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rishikesh. The person in this position will oversee daily site activities, including monitoring construction progress, coordinating with contractors and site staff, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing civil engineering designs, supervising building and slope protection works, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality control in all project phases. The role also involves planning and scheduling site work, preparing reports and documentation, liaising with clients and consultants, and supporting junior engineers and supervisors.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and codes.
- Experience working as part of teams of Civil Engineers, with proven capability to lead site-based engineering activities.
- Skills in Planning and scheduling construction work, including resource allocation and progress tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Several years of relevant site experience, preferably in building construction and infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in basic engineering and design software, as well as MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to make sound decisions on-site.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Rishikesh and to visit other project locations as required.
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD and should have these Skills, Site Execution, BBS, Planning, Quantity Estimation & Measurement Book Maintenance, Quality Control & Lab Tests, Surveying and DPR Preparation.
