Responsibilities

- Spearhead the design and deployment of AI/ML models to solve practical business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to create impactful AI solutions.
- Oversee the complete AI project lifecycle: from ideation and model development to monitoring and iteration.
- Provide mentorship to a team of engineers and data scientists, driving a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
- Champion best practices in cloud-based machine learning pipelines, CI/CD processes, and model version control.




- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML technologies and ensure their application within the organization.
- Incorporate ethical considerations such as eliminating bias and fostering fairness in AI models.
- Design inclusive AI systems that cater to diverse user groups.

Requirements

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
- 8-12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficient in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
- Strong coding skills in Python, R, or Java along with experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis, deep learning, NLP, and model interpretability.
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from concept to execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Hands-on experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.
- Familiarity with MLOps for effective scaling and management of AI models.
- Acquainted with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
