Responsibilities

Application Lifecycle Management

- Manage end-to-end application lifecycle activities, including upgrades, decommissioning, technology refreshes, and end-of-life (EOL) remediation initiatives.
- Drive application modernization and platform transformation programs to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to upgrades, system changes, compliance requirements, and operational processes.

Production Support & Technology Enablement

- Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical applications while ensuring production stability and service availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Java, Python, and database environments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing application performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- 5-8 years of experience in application management, production support,



or application modernization environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Python, and relational databases (SQL).
- Valuable understanding of application lifecycle management, technology upgrades, and modernization programs.
- Experience managing legacy applications and supporting transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
