Senior/ Lead Analyst - Real Estate Valuations & Credit Underwriting - 2+ Years - Mumbai

A leading global financial analytics and research organization is looking for a Senior Research Analyst / Lead Analyst - Real Estate Valuations / Credit Underwriting to support real estate valuation, credit underwriting, financial modelling and market research activities. The role involves working closely with U.S.-based teams and managing multiple projects across time zones.

Responsibilities: * Conduct real estate valuations, re-underwriting, performance monitoring and credit analysis across various asset classes.

- Develop and review financial models using Excel, including analysis of IRR, NPV and other key real estate metrics.
- Leverage Argus, Excel and PowerPoint to prepare detailed analyses, reports and presentations.
- Conduct real estate market research and data analysis, with exposure to platforms such as CoStar, RCA or Green Street being an added advantage.
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with U.S.-based colleagues and offshore/remote teams across different time zones.

Requirements: * 2-11 years of relevant experience in real estate valuations, credit underwriting, credit analysis, asset management, capital markets or related areas.
- Strong proficiency in Argus, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience in financial modelling.
- Strong understanding of real estate valuation, credit underwriting, re-underwriting and fundamental real estate metrics including IRR and NPV.
- Proven ability to manage teams/projects, work independently and effectively coordinate across time zones.
- Master's degree in Finance,



Accounting or a related field, along with strong analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
