Hiring: Business Development Associate (Field Sales)
*Locations:* Indore | Delhi | Lucknow
*Salary:* 15,000/month
*About the Role:*
Join *ImpactGuru* and help patients/families facing financial difficulties raise funds for medical treatment through crowdfunding.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Visit hospitals and healthcare institutions
* Meet patients, attendants & families
* Explain medical crowdfunding and guide them through the process
* Assist with documentation and campaign creation
* Build relationships with hospital staff, doctors & NGOs
* Achieve monthly campaign activation targets
*Requirements:*
* Solid communication & interpersonal skills
* Local language + English communication
* Comfortable with field visits
* Empathetic
