Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 60–90 minute one-on-one learning sessions at children's homes.

- Deliver engaging, play-based activities using Raising Superstars' learning kits.
n
- Adapt lessons according to each child's learning pace and developmental stage.
n
- Share progress updates with parents after sessions.
n
- Maintain attendance and progress reports through the mobile app.
n
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and professionalism during home visits.
n
- Attend training programs and ongoing educator development sessions.
