nMy3Tech is seeking a talented Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting compelling proposals for private, state, and federal government contracts. As a Proposal Writer, you will play a critical role in helping us secure new opportunities and expand our presence in the public and private sectors.

nKey Responsibilities:

nCollaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather information and insights required for proposal development.

nResearch and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations to understand project requirements, evaluation criteria, and compliance guidelines.

nDevelop and write explicit, concise, and persuasive proposal content that addresses client needs and showcases our strengths and capabilities.

nCreate compelling executive summaries, cover letters, and other proposal sections to engage and captivate evaluators.

nEdit and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy,



consistency, and adherence to formatting and style guidelines.

nCoordinate proposal development activities, including proposal kick-off meetings, content reviews, and document version control.

nMaintain a proposal library with up-to-date content, templates, and reusable boilerplate text.

nStay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in government procurement regulations.

nQualifications:

nMaster's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.

nExperience in proposal writing for private, state, and federal government contracts.

nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT and Excel).

nAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

nExcellent organizational and project management skills.

nExperience with technical writing and IT proposals is a plus.
