nAs a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design of complex product

nareas, from early problem framing to high-fidelity execution. You'll work at the intersection

nof user advocacy, design craft, and AI interaction patterns, ensuring that intelligent

nfeatures remain intuitive, trustworthy, and genuinely useful to the people who depend on

nthem every day.

nRequired Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design.
n
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions with tangible outcomes.
n
- Excellence in Figma: auto-layouts, components, responsive design, and design
n

nsystems.

n

n
- Deep understanding of UX and visual design, with a high bar for craft and quality.
n
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Research.
n
- Experience designing for B2B, enterprise, or platform applications is highly

ndesirable.

- Comfort working with and experimenting with AI tools across the design process.
n
- Strong communication and storytelling skills: you can articulate your rationale

nclearly to any audience.

n• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
