Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role based in Hyderabad.

The Security

Guard will monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors gain access.

Responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, reporting and responding to suspicious activities or incidents, and maintaining accurate logs and security reports. The role involves assisting visitors, providing clear information and directions,



and supporting executive and facility protection measures as required.

The Security

Guard will work closely with supervisors and team members to follow established security protocols and emergency procedures, contributing to a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Physical Security and Private Security skills.
- Candidates should possess experience in Personnel Security and basic access control procedures.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients and visitors.
- Candidates should possess awareness of emergency response, incident reporting, and basic risk mitigation practices.
- Previous experience in corporate, residential, or industrial security is beneficial.
- Ability to remain alert, calm, and decisive under pressure, with good observation and documentation skills.
- Basic education, ability to read and write incident reports clearly; relevant security certifications or training are an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as per operational requirements.
