Demand Programmatic Campaign Manager

At MediaMint, we're looking for an experienced Programmatic Campaign Manager to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across leading platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).

n

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of media, technology, analytics, and performance — from campaign setup and trafficking to optimization, troubleshooting, reporting, and client communication.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Own end-to-end campaign execution across DV360, TTD, and CM360, including setup, trafficking, QA, launch, optimization, and reporting.
n
- Configure and manage Display, OLV, YouTube, CTV, Native, and Audio campaigns.
n
- Monitor campaign health, pacing, delivery, budgets, frequency, and performance on a daily basis.
n
- Develop and execute pacing strategies to ensure campaigns deliver against planned budgets and timelines.
n
- Analyze KPIs including CTR, Viewability, VCR, CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS, Conversions, and Reach to identify optimization opportunities.
n
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations through client-facing reports.
n
- Troubleshoot issues involving creatives, targeting, tracking, discrepancies, budget allocation, and platform configurations.
n
- Partner closely with Client Success, Media Planning, Analytics, Creative, and Ad Operations teams.
n
- Manage audience strategies across first-party, third-party, custom, contextual, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
n
- Lead campaign QA across creatives, landing pages, tracking pixels, Floodlight activities, UTM parameters, frequency caps, brand safety, and geo/device targeting.

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through bid strategy, inventory, audience, and creative optimization.
n
- Participate in client meetings, campaign reviews,



and QBRs with confidence and data-backed recommendations.

- Stay ahead of programmatic trends, emerging technologies, privacy developments, and platform enhancements.

What We're Looking For

n

Platform Expertise

n

n
- Hands-on experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, and CM360.
n
- Experience with Google Ad Manager and YouTube campaigns is an added advantage.
n

n

Technical & Analytical Skills

n

n
- Robust understanding of the Programmatic Advertising ecosystem.
n
- Solid knowledge of campaign trafficking, creative QA, Floodlight, conversion tracking, audience management, brand safety, viewability, frequency management, bid strategies, inventory optimization, and pacing.
n
- Experience with reporting and data analysis across DV360, TTD, and CM360.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas, and reporting automation.
n
- Experience with Looker Studio or Tableau is preferred.
n
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript tags, tracking pixels, and ad-serving troubleshooting is a plus.
