We're looking for a smart, curious and highly energetic Creative Production Intern who wants to understand how an idea becomes a film.

n

This is not a desk-only internship.

n

You'll work across the filmmaking process — researching ideas, developing concepts, creating pitch decks, preparing for productions and being on the ground with our team during shoots.

n

One day you could be researching a brand.

n

The next, you could be building a pitch.

n

And the next, you could be on a film set helping bring that idea to life.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

n

CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT

n

n
- Research brands, industries, people and stories
n
- Brainstorm concepts for films and campaigns
n
- Find strong visual and storytelling references
n
- Develop moodboards and creative references
n
- Help turn rough ideas into clear film concepts
n
- Explore engaging formats and storytelling approaches
n

n

PITCHES & PRESENTATIONS

n

n
- Help develop creative pitch decks and treatments
n
- Research references for upcoming client opportunities
n
- Structure ideas into compelling presentations
n
- Work with the creative and business teams on pitches
n
- Use AI and modern creative tools to research, visualise and develop ideas faster
n

n

PRE-PRODUCTION

n

n
- Assist with production planning
n
- Research locations, talent and shoot requirements
n
- Help prepare schedules, shot lists and production documents
n
- Coordinate with crew, vendors and internal teams
n
- Keep track of requirements before the team reaches the shoot
n

n

ON SET

n





You'll be expected to go on shoots and actively participate in production.

n

That could mean:

n

n
- Assisting the director and production team
n
- Coordinating people and requirements on location
n
- Keeping track of shots and production requirements
n
- Helping manage schedules
n
- Communicating with crew and contributors
n
- Spotting problems before they become problems
n
- Jumping in wherever the production needs support
n

n

Some projects may require travel outside Bengaluru, so you should be comfortable travelling when required.

n

You might come from film, media, advertising, communications, design, marketing — or you might simply be someone obsessed with filmmaking and storytelling.

Knowledge of filmmaking,



photography, cameras, editing, design or production is a strong advantage.

n

But you don't need to know everything.

n

You need to be hungry enough to learn everything.

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000/month

n

Based on skills and capability.

Base: Bengaluru

Must be open to travelling for shoots
