Job Description

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a professional services, consulting, research, or related environment.
n
- B.Pharm / BDS / BE (Biotech or other relevant disciplines) / BS (Sciences) + MBA from a reputed/top-tier institute or university.
n
- Strong academic credentials with excellent analytical and leadership capabilities.
n
- Experience in providing internal or external strategic consulting to Healthcare clients.
n
- Exposure to two or more core Healthcare domains such as Pharmaceuticals ,MedTech,Healthcare Providers ,Payers ,Global Health ,Digital Health
n
- Solid understanding of Healthcare industry topics, trends, and business models.
n
- Excellent analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Demonstrated experience in team management and people leadership.
n




- Ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
n
- Strong team player with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
n
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and develop structured approaches to complex diligence questions.
n
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive senior-level discussions.
n
- Mature leadership style with the ability to balance hands-on involvement and effective delegation.
n
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx and Tableau is a plus.
n
- Experience with Python, R, or SPSS is an added advantage.
n
- Exposure to data analytics as part of strategy or consulting engagements is preferred.
n
- Strong problem-solving, research, presentation, and business judgment skills.
