**WE'RE HIRING | SALES SPECIALIST**

**ONE Simulation** is looking for a highly driven **Sales Specialist** to join our growing team and help us expand our healthcare simulation solutions across India and international markets.

n

**Location:** Noida, India & Cardiff, UK
n **Role:** Sales Specialist
n **Experience:** 0–3 Years preferred | High-performance freshers may also apply

n

### Key Responsibilities

n

**1. Sales Pipeline & Customer Engagement**

n

n
- Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-ups
n
- Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrations
n
- Identify recent business opportunities and convert qualified leads
n

n

**2. Sales Target Achievement**

n

n
- Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
n
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
n
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
n

n

**3. Conferences & Workshops**

n

n
- Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshops
n
- Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makers
n
- Generate leads and actively convert event opportunities into sales
n

n

**4.



Sales-Driven Mindset**

n

n
- Strong hunger for achieving and exceeding targets
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
- Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
n
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops
n

- Self-motivated, target-oriented and highly accountable

- Experience in **medical devices, healthcare, medical education, simulation or B2B sales** is an advantage
