About the Role

n

Aaron Freight Management is looking for a Business Development Executive to strengthen our sales team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their logistics requirements, presenting our freight solutions, and converting opportunities into shipment nominations.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Approach and connect with clients through the company database.
n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
n
- Understand client requirements and present Air & Ocean Freight solutions.
n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
n
- Regularly follow up with prospects and existing clients.
n
- Convert business opportunities into shipment nominations.
n
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution.
n
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates.
n

Requirements

n

n




- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
n
- Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics is preferred.
n
- Basic understanding of Air & Ocean Freight and international shipping.
n
- Knowledge of Incoterms will be an advantage.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Confident in approaching and communicating with clients.
n
- Proactive, presentable and business-oriented.
n
- Candidates based in Bengaluru preferred.
n
- Must be comfortable travelling to Marathahalli.
n
