Role Summary: Serve as the senior technical lead for the Salesforce PRM / Experience Cloud workstream, combining hands-on development with technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development of Salesforce PRM and Experience Cloud capabilities.
- Build partner onboarding, deal registration, partner access, dashboards and notifications.
- Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce automation.
- Translate architecture and solution designs into scalable technical implementations.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to other developers.
- Work closely with the Solution Architect, BA and QA teams.
- Support sprint planning, estimation, troubleshooting and deployments.

Mandatory Skills / Experience

- Strong Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on Apex and Lightning Web Components experience.
- Strong Salesforce Experience Cloud experience.
- Salesforce PRM / Partner Portal implementation experience.
- Experience with partner onboarding and deal registration.
- Solid Salesforce security and sharing knowledge.
- Ability to act as a technical lead.

Additional Focus

- Primary technical lead for the PEM developer team.
- Strong hands-on Experience Cloud and Salesforce PRM capability is expected
