Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Team Member role based in Kochi.

The Sales Team

Member will engage with prospective and existing customers, explain TBH’s cybersecurity services and training programs, and support them in selecting appropriate solutions. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing service and product information,



supporting sales processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and participating in in-person events or promotions as required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills to present offerings clearly and support conversions.
- Candidates should possess basic operational skills, including Unloading and organizing promotional materials or products when needed.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in retail or service-based sales, familiarity with technology or training services, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; openness to learning about cybersecurity and training programs is essential.
