About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and analytical Sales Operations Executive to support our growing sales and international business team.

The role combines Sales Operations, Order Management, MIS, Data Analysis and Cross-functional Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales orders and maintain accurate data in Salesforce and Business Central.
- Track customer orders from order receipt to production and dispatch.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Planning, Production, Dispatch and Finance teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and sales dashboards.
- Analyze sales, order and customer data and highlight key trends and pending actions.
- Prepare management reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Support sales planning, forecasting and performance tracking.
- Monitor pending orders, identify delays and proactively follow up until closure.
- Maintain accurate sales records,



trackers and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, reporting and workflow.

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, MIS, Order Management or Sales Support.
- Solid Advanced Excel skills — Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards, etc.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems; Salesforce and Business Central experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent follow-up, attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
