Role Description The Sales Specialist – Medical Devices is a full-time, on-site role based in Velachery. This role involves engaging with healthcare professionals to present and promote MIRAI MEDTECH’s medical devices, conducting product demonstrations, and answering technical and clinical questions.

The Sales

Specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and follow-up to closing deals and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Daily tasks include visiting healthcare facilities, coordinating product installations or trials, providing basic training and guidance on device use,



and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also involves tracking sales activities, preparing reports, collaborating with internal teams, and staying current on product updates and market trends.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in Training healthcare teams or end users on products, with clear and structured presentation skills.
- Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare products, or a solid interest in learning technical product details.
- Ability to work on-site in Velachery, visit customer locations regularly, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools, reporting, and use of digital communication platforms.
- Ethical, detail-oriented approach and readiness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
