Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Assistant role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Sales

Assistant will support the sales team in managing client inquiries, coordinating property viewings, and assisting with documentation and follow-ups throughout the real estate transaction process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining organized records of leads,



updating CRM systems, preparing basic sales reports, and ensuring timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders. The role also involves providing front-line customer support, explaining product and service offerings, and helping streamline operations to improve the overall client experience and sales efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal coordination.
- Candidates should possess core sales skills, including lead nurturing, basic negotiation, and an understanding of the real estate sales cycle.
- Candidates should possess solid organization skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or real estate support functions is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to digital tools and CRM systems is preferred.
- A graduate degree or equivalent qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
