Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Mumbai. The specialist will identify and engage prospective clients, present financial products and services, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Daily responsibilities include following up with leads, conducting product demos or meetings, maintaining customer relationships, and providing prompt customer service.

The role involves supporting marketing campaigns, contributing to promotional materials,



and gathering market feedback to refine sales strategies. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams, participate in training sessions, and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, address inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to deliver Training to clients or junior team members on products, platforms, and processes.
- Relevant experience in financial services, capital markets, or a related industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or an equivalent field is beneficial.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and data for reporting and analysis.
