Profile:Australian Accounting & Taxation

Experience:5 years of experience in Australian Accounting & Taxation with team management/mentoring experience

Roles:

- Lead and mentor the accounting team on Australian accounting and taxation practices.
- Train team members on Australian bookkeeping BAS GST and PAYG requirements.
- Review bookkeeping and tax work for accuracy compliance and quality.
- Ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Manage communication with Australian clients and understand their accounting requirements.
- Handle accounting and taxation-related queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Review and reconcile accounts GST and BAS-related work.
- Guide the team on Xero and Australian accounting processes.
- Take ownership of complex accounting/tax matters and client deliverables.
- Identify gaps and implement improved processes and workflows as the team grows.

Qualification:

- / / CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent accounting qualification
