About the job

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
Explain BOOKMYYOGA's courses, classes, wellness programs, fees, schedules, and perks.
Convert leads into paid admissions, bookings, and enrollments.
Follow up regularly with prospective students and customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Coordinate with the operations and training teams for successful customer onboarding.
Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and other sales activities.

Other requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

Comfortable communicating over phone and WhatsApp.

Customer-focused and positive attitude.

Ability to work with sales targets.

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Knowledge or interest in Yoga, Wellness, Fitness, or Education will be an advantage.

Salary

Probation:





Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,10,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 10,000 - 50,000 /year
