Were looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern who loves creating content exploring trends and building engaging social media communities.
What Youll Do
- Manage and grow Recootys social media presence across LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging posts carousels reels short videos and other social media content
- Research the latest HR recruitment AI SaaS and startup trends
- Develop creative content ideas that increase engagement and brand awareness
- Write captions hooks and short-form copy for social media
- Create content using tools like Canva ChatGPT and other AI tools
- Track social media performance and suggest improvements
- Monitor competitors and industry trends for new content opportunities
- Support campaigns product launches events and promotional activities
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create relevant content
What Were Looking For
- Strong interest in social media content creation and digital marketing
- Positive written communication and creative thinking
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Ability to identify and leverage social media trends
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to experiment and learn
- Basic understanding of AI tools is a plus
- Students or recent graduates in Marketing Communications Business Media or related fields are welcome to apply
