About the job

Data & Documentation
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
Update ERP/system entries and ensure timely data accuracy.
Handle inward/outward entries, lot movement, and parcel documentation.
Ensure proper handover and maintain complete movement records.
Operational Support
Coordinate with Grading, Operations, Front Desk, and other internal teams.
Track pending lots, reports, certificates, and ensure timely follow-up.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports as required.
Maintain trackers for productivity, pending work, and lot status.
Quality & Compliance
Follow defined SOPs for material handling, documentation, and system updates.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of company/client information.
Coordination & Follow-ups
Follow up with relevant teams for pending activities and closures.
Escalate delays, discrepancies, or system-related issues to the reporting manager.
General Administrative Support




Support day-to-day back-office and branch operational activities.
Maintain proper filing and ensure documents are readily accessible.
