So here's the deal. We are a super early-stage startup - (pre-seed funded, 14-member team) - building the 'Amazon for Expert Services.'

Today, if someone has to find a good birthday decorator, interior architect, photographer, or fitness trainer, the process is boring and time-consuming. mytribe makes this entire process seamless and fun.

What is different from the traditional approach of building such a platform? It is AI. We are rethinking everything from the ground up for the AI-age and completely discarding the old product playbook. For high-value services, the process needs a human touch (let's call it sales) to give a very delightful experience.

Will I be managing people as a sales manager?

Even in this sales and relationship management process, we are rethinking with AI. The candidate who will be joining this profile will be acting like a sales manager - but instead of people, he/she will have many different AI agents reporting to him/her.

It's a very new kind of role and a glimpse of what the future of sales looks like. At steady state, you will be closing 10x what a sales rep closes without AI, but without too much hustle and breaking of work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning to sell with AI is going to be a rare skill. Whether you stay at mytribe for 10 years or move on, this experience will define your career. You'll know how to do what most salespeople won't figure out for another 5 years.
2. Building future-proof skill-set:



We're rebuilding sales from the ground up to be AI-native. Every week, you'll see new AI agents go live that free you from busywork, so you can focus on the real core of sales: relationships, trust, and closing.
3. Working closely with the founders: Apart from your manager, the founders will personally coach you on relationship building and selling with AI.
4. Total ownership: Freedom to experiment, make decisions, and own your work from start to finish.

Other requirements

For this role, we are not looking for any kind of experience. As long as hunger is there, we think that is good. In fact, too much experience might even be a handicap towards adopting current technology. The key skills we look for in any candidate are -

1. Extreme user empathy: a person who really cares about and listens to what the other person is saying and completely understands them - be it a customer, colleague, friend, family member, or anyone.

2. Good IQ and reading comprehension skills: AI agents are really smart, and you need a good IQ to effectively communicate with them.

3. Confidence and charisma: This is one thing AI cannot do.



If you can talk with confidence and capture people's attention. That's a great quality to have.

Among these three points listed above, point number one is the major requirement.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹30,000 - 30,500 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,25,000 - 4,75,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 4,10,000 - 4,30,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 15,000 - 45,000 /year
